By contacting GT Travel Morocco, requesting a service, or using this website, the client acknowledges having read and accepted the present Terms and Conditions.

Nature of Services

GT Travel Morocco provides the following services only:

• Private tourist transport services

• Airport and city transfers

• Provision of licensed vehicles with professional drivers

• Logistical coordination and indicative route suggestions upon request

GT Travel Morocco does not:

• Act as a tour operator

• Sell or organize travel packages

• Combine services into package travel

• Operate or control accommodation, activities, guides, restaurants, camps, or excursions

Third-Party Services

When requested by the client, GT Travel Morocco may assist with introductions or facilitate contact with third-party service providers. Any reservation or agreement is concluded directly between the client and the third-party provider.

In all cases:

• Third-party services are provided under the sole responsibility of their respective operators

• GT Travel Morocco does not supervise, control, or guarantee third-party services

• Any dispute, incident, or claim related to third-party services must be addressed directly with the relevant provider

Client Responsibilities

The client remains fully responsible for:

• Travel documents, visas, and entry requirements

• Personal travel insurance

• Health, medical needs, and fitness for travel

• Compliance with local laws and regulations

• Personal belongings at all times
